I was 36 when I had my first baby and found out I was pregnant with my youngest right before my 40th birthday. When I got together for playdates, I was always surprised that I was 10 years older than the other moms. They were in grade school when I was in college! The creator of this group had to step down earlier this summer (June 2011), and I didn't want to see the group disappear, so I jumped in and paid the fees to Meetup.com to cover the next 6 months.  I'm a freelance teacher, so my schedule jumps around a lot, but I plan to schedule a couple of "meet & greets" before the end of the summer.  Please, if you're interested, jump in and offer something that you'd like to do as well.
